Accucheck Aviva blood glucose monitor with 31 strips (I will make sure and send the little cartridge that comes with the strips), case included.

30 Relion u-100 syringes, 1 cc, short needle, 31 gauge (I realize that there are probably not a lot of people out there who use the larger volume syringes, but thought I would offer it, just in case)
67 Vetsulin u-40 syringes, 1 cc, 1/2 inch needle, 28 gauge
