I should have done this back in April but better late than never. It has been 3 and 1/2 years since my Bichon Casey was diagnosed with diabetes. About midnight, he started having trouble breathing and threw up. I checked his BG and it was around 300 so running high not low. We took him to ER where they ran x-rays, gave sub-q fluids, a shot of antibiotic and something for nausea.

I have been up all night, he is no better this morning.
